“Christmas at the Mill”

Check here in October to see if this event will be held

Three floors in the village's historic Old Mill on Main Street are filled with distinctive handcrafted gifts large and small, fancy and modest—ornaments, jewelry, clothing, home and holiday decorations, dolls and more—created by local weavers, woodworkers, potters, and other artisans featured during the Waterford Homes Tour and Crafts Exhibit in October.

Santa Claus will make an appearance and the Waterford Parent-Teacher Organization will offer visitors cider and hot chocolate to enjoy while shopping, as well as baked goods to help with holiday preparations.

Proceeds from Christmas at the Mill benefit the efforts of the nonprofit Waterford Foundation to fulfill its mission of preservation of the buildings and open spaces within the National Historic Landmark village of Waterford, and education about life in early rural America.
