About Waterford Foundation Events
The Foundation is involved with a number of events throughout
the year. These range from the three day Waterford Homes Tour &
Craft Exhibit to the one day 10K run. These events either showcase
historic Waterford or enrich the lives of Waterford and Loudoun
County residents; and all are an important source of revenue in
supporting the Foundation's mission.
Concert Series
The concert series brings fine classical musicians to western
Loudoun County. More
The George E. Bentley Memorial Lecture Series
The long running Waterford Foundation's George E. Bentley Memorial
Lecture Series, is named after the Waterford resident and preservationist. More
The Waterford Homes Tour & Crafts Exhibit
This annual event offers hundreds of artisans, many of national
recognition, demonstrating techniques of traditional craftsmanship
as well as tours of historic Waterford homes. More
Waterford's Landmark Cross Country 10K Run-Hike-Walk
In April, runners and walkers are invited to take part in Waterford's
Landmark Cross Country 10K Run-Hike-Walk. More
Christmas at the Mill (Waterford in Christmas)
Distinctive handcrafted gifts, jewelry, wearables, home and holiday
décor, dolls and more, by local weavers, woodworkers, potters
and other artisans.
