The Waterford Online Store
Welcome to the Waterford Store—the Waterford Foundation’s online bookstore, gift shop, and ticket booth. The purchases you make here are doubly valuable: first, for your enjoyment and, second, for their support of the preservation and interpretation of historic Waterford through our arts, culture, and education programs, including the Second Street School Living History Program and the Waterford Homes Tour & Crafts Exhibit. You can also visit the Corner Store in Waterford to purchase local crafts as well as the items below.
Use the pull-down menu above or click below to find what you’re looking for.
Books. We offer books on aspects of Waterford’s history: its founding by Quakers, prosperity as a rural mill town, Civil War and African American history as one of just two present-day Virginia counties to vote against secession, and which raised a Union regiment known as the Loudoun Rangers.
Posters. Special commemorative posters are created by local artists for the Waterford Homes Tour & Crafts Exhibit each October. Here are some available for purchase.
Tickets. The Waterford Homes Tour & Crafts Exhibit each October, the Waterford Concert Series, Old School House Rocks concerts, book talks, and other events are offered throughout the year through the Foundation.
If you’re visiting Waterford in person, be sure to visit the Corner Store in the center of the village. The store’s winter hours are Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and early afternoon on Sunday. Here you can buy all of the items featured on our website, plus handmade crafts selected from among our juried artisans who exhibit at the Fair. Also available are free publications including a walking tour book to help you enjoy your time in this National Historic Landmark village. You can even enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a cookie.
