T/C 2011 The Old Mill

This 1941 painting by Garnet Jex (1895-1979) of the Old Mill–one in his fine Waterford series in the Foundation’s collection–is reproduced in wonderful, warm colors in a scene the evokes the pillars of rural community life: home, church, and commerce.

Waterford Fair 2002 poster 2002 Sunday Frolics at the Oldtown Inn

This whimsical image, reproduced in full color, will delight your senses. From an original by Alexandria, Virginia, artist Patricia Palermino, the poster depicts an imagined scene at the Griffith Gover House in Waterford, where the dance pavilion and the masonry megaphone have been restored by the owner. 20 x 17 inches
