Join with those who are making significant donations to ensure that the Waterford Foundation can continue to preserve the Waterford National Historic Landmark and teach visitors about its impact on American history. A gift of $1,000 or more qualifies you for membership in our Landmark Society.

The Landmark Society began after the cancellation of the 2015 Waterford Fair due to extreme weather, a first in its 72 years of existence. Concern for the safety of demonstrators, volunteers, and guests, along with the urgent recommendations of Loudoun County Emergency Management and the Governor’s Declaration of a State of Emergency, forced us to make this difficult decision.

The Landmark Society continues today to help offset the lasting effects of the 2015 cancellation and to provide an another level of support to our basic membership program.
