Students will learn the basics of counted cross stitch while stitching one of three folk-style bookmark designs by Krista West of Avlea Folk Embroidery. Instruction covers working on evenweave fabric with cotton floss, reading and counting a pattern, essential stitching techniques, and simple finishing options.
