Waterford Foundation’s Annual Meeting- April 2020

On the third Tuesday in April each year, the Waterford Foundation holds its Annual Meeting of Members. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 crisis, we were unable to gather in person this year, but the staff and Board of Directors worked hard to make sure the Annual Meeting was held as a virtual meeting, on schedule. The business at the Annual Meeting included electing new Board members and voting on members of the General Nominating Committee for the following year.
