On Tuesday, April 21, the Waterford Foundation welcomed members, supporters, and friends to the Old School Auditorium for the 2026 Annual Meeting.

The evening began with a warm welcome from Board President Sue Manch, who thanked attendees for their continued commitment to preserving and supporting the historic village of Waterford.

A highlight of the evening was a special presentation by historian Rich Gillespie, who shared insights into Waterford’s role during the Revolutionary era. Drawing on his extensive experience as Historian Emeritus of the Virginia Piedmont Heritage Area Association and his involvement with the Loudoun VA250 Commission.

The Annual Meeting served as an opportunity to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments, connect with fellow supporters, and look ahead to the Foundation’s continued preservation efforts.
